User build
It would be nice if the packages could be built as a user. Requiring to be root is a bit dangerous for an automated build system for example. This would require to change some things like the cache being stored in the user's repo. I don't know if the sandbox can be run as a unpriviledged user too.
User install
Some users might want to install packages without asking the administrator. It might be nice if they could install the package as a user.
Auto-sha1sum
When creating the pspec.xml, you have to get the archive ans sh1sum it. If the key is missing, it would be nice that pisi calculates in and updates the xml file.
Concurrent actions possible
One thing that would really be nice, is to be able to do two things on the repo simultaneously. For example, while you're updating your system, you maybe want to start the installation of another program. Unless you wait for the first task to finish or interupt it, it is not possible for now. This is one thing Gentoo's portage does really well.
