Pardus start menu -> Package Manager -> Settings -> Configure Package Manager... -> Repositories -> Add New Repository -> [Asign Name/Repository] -> [Click OK] -> [Click OK] = Pardus will automatically update its list of packages, they are searchable under "Show New Packages".
