OpenSuSE-like menu

OpenSuSE has a feature called one click launch. The KDE menu opens itself on mouse over, allowing you to launch your favorite application with just one click. Here is what you have to do configure this behaviour : In the [General] section of /home/your_login/.kde/share/config/kickerrc, just add the following line : 

OpenOnHover=true
