To enable numlock after login;

1. Open TASMA (Pardus Configuration Center)
2. Choose Peripherals>Keyboard

3. Click on the "turn on" from the "NumLock on KDE Startup" section and press "Apply" button.

To enable numlock before login;

1. Press Alt+F2 and write kdesu kwrite /usr/kde/3.5/share/config/kdm/kdmrc then press "Run" button.
2. Find the line with [X-*-Greeter] and add this line under it: NumLock=On
3. File should look like that after the change, save the file and close kwrite:
