GNOME (GNU Network Object Model Environment) desktop environment is not officially supported by Pardus Project. The packaging of GNOME and bug tracking is held by volunteers.
Pardus Gnome Project
As mentioned above Packaging GNOME and maintaining it is held by volunteers. Pardus GNOME Project is a volunteer project, which aims to bring GNOME desktop envirioment to Pardus.
By following steps on the project site and wiki, you can install and run GNOME desktop on Pardus But do not forget that GNOME desktop envirioment is not officially supported by Pardus Project. It will be your own responsibilty to run GNOME desktop on your system.

Problems with Gnome + Pardus
Can not log in to Gnome ?
You successfully downloaded the packages from above ? But you receive during login this message:
/etc/gdm/presession/default:line44:gdmflexiserver:command not found
/etc/gdm/xsesion:begining session setup...
/etc/gdm/xsession:cannot find xclients
/etc/gdm/xsession:line231:exec:xterm:notfound
please do following:
- reinstall:
- gdm
- gnome-session
- reboot
- this I didn't need, but it may help for your case: rm -rf .dmrc
