KdeLaunchFeedback

In Tasma, click Settings>Show Extra Modules. This will add Launch Feedback and the other missing KControl sections to Tasma. (if you can't see the menu, install latest Tasma update with package-manager)

An alternate method is to run:

kcmshell kcmlaunch
